RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers will receive either store credit or refund back to their original payment method (minus shipping costs).
If we made a mistake in sending a product that was the wrong size or color, we will refund the entire purchase cost, including shipping and handling.
Products can only be returned if they meet the following criteria:
• Product must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Item must be in the original tags and packaging.
• Item must be clean and without damage.
If an item does not meet the above criteria, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Rollz Gear.
